For a Dark Mage, I'd go with Vampire Lord armour. For a generic Mage, the Arch-Mage outfit. For my Dunmers, I normally use Telvanni Master Robes. If you want to use mods, the Journeyman Healer Robes look like a great Telvanni set for a healer/good guy. 9.Best Light Armor In Skyrim. The Daedric Armor is just classic and good looking + best heavy armor in game. I love vanilla Daedric, Nordic Scaled and Dragonplate armor. They just scream "level 80 murder machine". BodySlide no longer supports it, for instance. BodySlide now supports only CBBE-based bodies, including 3BBB (which is all the rage for its improved mesh and better and more flexible physics options).Ancient Nord armor isn't too bad either. Probably looks better on females though. It looks decent when paired with an adept hood. Daedric. Dwarven and Nordic are my personal favorites. To me the best looking armors are Ebony and Dwarven armors. Deadric is a solid third. It's just slightly less practical.
