Gmc sierra speakers not working.
2 posts · Joined 2012. #1 · Mar 7, 2012. I have a 2004 GMC Sierra that has no sound coming from the speakers. The door chime does not work as well. Has worked off and on for a few days and now it has been out for two days! I have pulled the center console out and checked my connections on the amp and all are good.

My buddy took it to his shop today and hooked it to their Tech 2 scan tool and tried to reprogram the Head Unit. You'll have to take a speaker out and look at the silver wire that goes from the connector to the cone. If there is any corrosion or partial breaks in it, there is your issue.NO. The headlight switch sends data VIA a LIN network to the BCM. The BCM then turns on the relay for the DRLs. If the red brake light is on, the DRLs will not illuminate. If the relay is in backwards it may blow the fuse, and likely wont run the DRLs anyhow.
