Do one Elf task and you'll get like 20 teleport crystals. Just stack them in your bank and take them as you need them. The infinite tp is totally unnecessary imo. Honestly they're so easy to come by that I'd say sell it for shards. Depends if you have the armour seeds or not though.

Just to pile onto what others have said, enhanced crystal keys are the worst way to use your shards. If you care about log slots, it can be something you do in the super late game, but even then the dragonstone armour is crazy rare so don't expect anything.
