I94 expired but have valid i797
I had one amendment in feb-2017 and got the i-797 approved with validity till Visa end date . In i-797 the same i-94 number is mentioned with validity till visa end date. I have renewed my passport after this. But when i check the USCIS site, it is showing the initial i-94 with end date 12th december 2017.My i94 expired along with my passport in February 2019. I got my passport renewed before it expired but I didn’t realize my i94 has expired until 2 days back . I have few options here. 1. Go to Sandiego , PedWest USA and get a new i94. 2. File H1B extension with NuncProTunc. My employer is insisting on going to sandiego PedWest.Technically she is not a dependent, for she posses her H1b, only the stamping expired 10 days ago. She has a valid 797 until 2022 not sure if this is considered to be valid visa or not because as per I94 , her stay validity follows the date in 797 document

I-797 - Valid until June 13, 2024. I-94 "admit until" date - July 13, 2023. In other words, I-94 expired, but I-797 is still valid.
