That's where I seem to get most of mine too.The only recommendation that I can give is that it also drops from Jewel Star Blossoms. From what I hear from people with Jewel plants, they drop these quite frequently, but getting your hands on any of them is really difficult as the plants are a semi-rare pack only drop.
