While this is true, they unfortunately (along with any paint on the creature) get lost when podding the dino. Which is incredibly inconvenient to have to redo everytime i pod my tames. If they would make it so the transponder stays it would be a huge benefit. Check transponder once I've remembered it, and none of the dinos I've attached them to still have them. It's a really annoying bug, especially if you play solo, and die, and want to locate your pets. Or just to find home base/bases easier if you're not familiar with the map. There is no time limit on them as far as I know. Only downside is that if you go prone you will see the "legs" of the thing sticking out of your face. Not to bad tho. you get 1 tracker and multiple tracker nodes that look like explosive tripe wire devices. then right click the hand held tracker and you get ESP for a few seconds with a cool down of 5-10 seconds. you will see the the distance and name of the creature its attached to. depending if you are looking in its direction.

Thank you all for trying to help. Bugs found on the PC and Console versions are not going to be present on the Ark Mobile versions because the systems are different. This topic is now archived and is closed to further replies. I've placed transponder nodes on my dinos so I can find them, the nodes work for about 1 hour and then stop working.
